Before dispatch
You can cancel any order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Email care@vinecraftonline.com or reply to your order confirmation with your order number.
After dispatch
Once a shipment has left our studio, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, refuse the delivery when it arrives and we will process a refund minus the two-way shipping fee once the package is back with us.
Made-to-order
Made-to-order and personalised pieces can be cancelled only within 12 hours of order placement — after that the piece has already entered production.
Refunds
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
