2. Products & Pricing
Every piece we sell is handcrafted, so small variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the character of the product and are not defects. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders
An order is a request to purchase. We confirm the order once payment is received and stock is verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Vinecraft — including product photography, descriptions, illustrations, and the brand mark — is owned by Vinecraft or its licensors and may not be copied without written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinecraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or its products.
