Processing time
Orders are packed within 24–48 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday. Made-to-order pieces may take 5–7 business days to leave our studio.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
- Remote pincodes: 7–12 business days.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499. Below that a flat fee of ₹99 applies. Express and cash-on-delivery options are available at checkout for eligible pincodes.
Packaging
Every order is packed by hand with recyclable inner cushioning to keep fragile pieces safe in transit.
